Don’t do these three things on your resume, if you want the job

As you know, we talk about several issues with resumes that human resources professionals have seen as common hinderances. Some of these things can literally bar you from obtaining the career opportunities you want, so do your best not to make these mistakes or misuse your resume in these three ways:

1. Misspelled words or grammatical errors
This mistake can happen to the best of us, but it can be avoided by simply using the spell check feature on your work processing system and reviewing your #resumes thoroughly. 2. Placing dishonest information on your resume.
This misuse of your resume speaks to your lack of integrity, if you have ever considered lying on your resume. My advise….DON’T DO IT! It will come back to haunt you in unexpected ways.

3. Using the resume not specifically match targeted to position or industry you are applying.
