Two Interview questions you need to ask, if you want the job…

Every #jobinterview is different but you must prepare thoroughly for each one. Both you and the interviewer should be asking questions to decipher if you are a fit for their organization or is their organization a professional fit for you. The only way for you to know this is by asking key questions in the interview.

I talk about 2 of at least 15 questions specified in my self-directed #interview prep resource, which you can find here.

What employers want to REALLY know in an interview

I must to be real with you. Employers are NOT interviewing you, the candidate for fun and games. They are looking for candidates to become part of their professional team & address pain points their company now is experiencing. They want to know that you have #skills, #knowledge and #workethic to solve their company problems. Keep this objective in mind when you go into your next #jobinterview.
